**Job Description:**

- Lead the identification of land suitable for renewable energy projects across Italy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure land for project development.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of potential land parcels for renewable energy projects.
- Negotiate land acquisition or lease agreements and manage the due diligence process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project development, legal, and finance, to ensure successful land acquisition and project development.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in land industry and site sourcing, preferably in the real estate or renewable energy industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of land use regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Italy.
- Experience in renewable energy project development is a plus.
