**Job Description**
We are looking for a motivated Proposal Engineer with experience in the photovoltaic sector who can actively contribute to the assessment of technical feasibility and the design of systems.


The successful candidate will be involved in the early stages of project development, working alongside the Sales and Project Management teams, and will be responsible for producing technical documentation and drawing up the project’s economic and financial plan.


The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical or energy engineering, with 3–5 years’ experience working for an EPC contractor in the photovoltaic sector, and will possess excellent technical and analytical skills.


Responsibilities:



- Technical feasibility analysis for industrial photovoltaic (PV) systems (B2B).
- Electrical design of PV systems: single-line diagrams, cable sizing, electrical switchboards and layouts.
- Drafting of preliminary and final technical documentation.
- Analysis of the project’s key economic and financial KPIs.
- Supporting the Sales and Project Management teams in defining technical solutions.
- Verification of supplier specifications and validation of design choices.
- Analysis of documents and drawings for permitting and grid connection of systems.

**Requirements**

- Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
- 3–5 years’ experience in the design of PV systems with an EPC contractor.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and PV simulation software (e.g. PVSyst, PVGIS).
- Knowledge of electrical regulations and authorisation procedures.
- Attention to detail, the ability to work independently and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluent English
