**Unox, certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is seeking an HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team.**
**Main responsibilities**

- Full-cycle recruitment management: overseeing the entire selection process, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews.
- Active candidate sourcing: utilizing recruitment channels, internal databases, and professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify profiles aligned with business requirements.
- Staffing agency management: coordinating with external recruitment partners (APL) for permanent and temporary staffing, while monitoring the progress of delegated selection processes.
- Talent Acquisition at Career Days: actively participating in university career fairs to identify top talent, map skills, and build a consistent candidate pipeline (Talent Pool).

**The main focus of the recruitment searches you will handle will be for our branches in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.**
**Requirements**

- Language Proficiency: it is necessary to refer to an excellent command of English, Spanish, and Italian – please note that our selection process includes a dedicated language assessment via telephone.
- Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection activities.
- Education: bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics) with strong motivation and a keen interest in HR trends.
- Organizational Skills: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Proactivity: a proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Public Speaking: exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
- Stress Management: proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines



**The position is based on-site (no remote work).**
