**Registered Nurse (Infermiere)**

**Job Summary**
A Registered Nurse (Infermiere) is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or community healthcare settings. The role involves assessing patients' health conditions, administering treatments and medications, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status.
- Administer medications, injections, and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
- Perform wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

**Requirements**

- Degree in Nursing (Laurea in Infermieristica) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid registration with the appropriate Italian nursing regulatory body.
- Previous clinical experience is preferred but newly qualified nurses may also be considered.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound clinical decisions.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

**Preferred Skills**

- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €32,000.00 - €40,000.00 per year
