**Your role:**

As a Sales Associate you will be a member of the team of our Woolrich Store in Bologna, being on the shop floor and supporting all store related tasks and activities.

**What you will do:**

**Business & Deliver Results:**

- Maximize sales and exceed turnover targets.
- Deliver a Premium consumer experience.
- Be a strong presence on the shop floor to accomplish customer expectations.
- Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock.
- Monitor and share consumer feedback.


**Customer Experience & Operation Tasks:**

- Be a Brand Ambassador and a product expert.
- Engage with the consumer and provide with the right product, fit and style to meet individual interests, goals and motivation.
- Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times.
- Ensure product is replenished and available to meet the consumer needs.
- Run efficiently all store operations.


**What you will bring:**

- High School Diploma.
- previous work experience as Sales Assistant and/or Sales Support in a Premium Retail industry.
- Understanding of visual merchandising approach.
- Used to work on flexible opening hours.
- Strong customer service skills and product knowledge is required.
- Fluent in English

Working schedule: part time
