**About the Role:**
Al Sahil Gas Energy & Industrial Solutions SA is seeking a highly experienced and operations-focused **Senior Energy Operations Manager** to oversee energy infrastructure operations, industrial energy systems management, and strategic operational initiatives in Geneva, Switzerland. This role focuses on optimizing energy production and distribution workflows, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance across industrial and energy sector environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Energy Operations Leadership: Oversee daily energy operations, industrial workflow management, and infrastructure performance initiatives
- Industrial Systems Management: Supervise energy systems, gas operations, facility processes, and operational continuity programs
- Operational Strategy Development: Design and implement operational improvement plans, energy efficiency initiatives, and infrastructure optimization strategies
- Compliance & Safety Oversight: Ensure adherence to Swiss energy regulations, environmental standards, industrial safety protocols, and operational compliance requirements
- Infrastructure & Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance schedules, technical inspections, system reliability, and equipment performance monitoring
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor operational budgets, energy costs, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency strategies
- Risk Management & Incident Response: Identify operational risks, coordinate emergency response procedures, and implement mitigation strategies
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, production efficiency metrics, operational reliability benchmarks, and energy system performance indicators
- Team Leadership: Lead operations engineers, plant supervisors, maintenance specialists, technical coordinators, and industrial operations teams
**What We Are Looking For:**
- Experience: Senior-level experience in energy operations management, industrial systems operations, or gas and energy infrastructure leadership
- Skills: Strong operational leadership, industrial process management, and energy systems expertise
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in energy infrastructure, industrial operations, gas systems management, and operational safety compliance
- Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams and large-scale industrial operations
