The position requires oversight of financial data processing, compliance checks, and transaction validation in an AI-driven gig economy environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform reconciliation of financial transactions across multiple payment gateways and third-party processors.

• Validate and process microtask payments to global freelancers, ensuring compliance with regional tax and labor regulations.

• Analyze discrepancies in financial records and resolve issues within established turnaround times.

• Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for audit and compliance review.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or payment processing within gig economy platforms or digital marketplaces.

• Strong understanding of international tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, and freelancer tax compliance.

• Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency-based transactions is a plus.
