We are seeking a highly experienced

**Senior Automotive Designer**

with 10+ years of professional experience in automotive design and an exceptional command of Autodesk Alias. The ideal candidate combines outstanding design creativity with advanced surface development skills and is capable of independently translating design intent into digital models.

This role requires the ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the Head of Design, Alias modelers and engineering teams to develop high-quality, production-ready vehicle surfaces that meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the development of automotive design proposals from concept through production.
- Create and refine high-quality digital vehicle surfaces using Autodesk Alias to an advanced professional standard.
- Independently build, modify, and manage complex Alias models while maintaining exceptional surface quality and continuity.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Design to translate creative direction into production-ready digital models.
- Work in synchronization with Alias modelers to ensure consistency, quality, and efficient workflow throughout the design process.
- Work with engineering teams to resolve packaging, feasibility and manufacturing constraints without compromising design quality.
- Participate in design reviews, surface evaluations and model quality assessments.
- Support prototype development, digital validation and production release activities.

**Required Qualifications**

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in automotive design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation Design, Automotive Design or a related discipline.
- Advanced, professional-level proficiency in Autodesk Alias, with the ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Extensive experience developing high-quality automotive design from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of surfacing principles, surface continuity and digital model quality.
- Demonstrated ability to translate design sketches into high-quality digital geometry while preserving design intent.
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver production-feasible solutions.
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and engineering constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working with luxury or high-performance automotive brands.
- Familiarity with digital validation, CAD integration, and engineering release processes.
- Knowledge of Blender is an advantage.
- Experience supporting prototype builds and production launch activities.
