**Accountabilities**

- Lead and deliver cross-functional infrastructure projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes

- Facilitate technical decision-making processes while balancing stakeholder expectations, including senior leadership
- Oversee initiatives related to infrastructure performance, incident management, and capacity planning
- Establish and scale efficient, repeatable processes to improve project delivery and operational excellence
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication and transparency across all project stakeholders

**Requirements**

- Proven experience managing complex technical projects or leading engineering teams in infrastructure-focused environments
- Strong technical background in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and networking
- Hands-on experience or solid understanding of Kubernetes and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and align diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences
- Coding experience or technical proficiency validated through prior work or assessments
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with high expectations
