**Role Description**
The Stage Commercial Department role at Deluxy is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan. The role supports commercial activities, including assisting with sales initiatives, maintaining relationships with partner vendors, and contributing to purchasing and account management tasks. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely luxury deliveries, and helping prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for commercial partners. The team member will monitor market trends, support the onboarding of new partners, and help ensure that Deluxy’s premium service standards are consistently met.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with partners and clients.
- Sales and Purchasing capabilities to support commercial negotiations, product selection, and vendor relations.
- Account Management skills to help maintain and grow long-term partnerships with luxury vendors.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of quality, aligned with a luxury service environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Milan, collaborating effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in common office software tools.
- Previous experience or internship in retail, hospitality, luxury goods, or commercial roles is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English are highly beneficial.
