**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Supplier Development Consultant – Leather Goods Hardware to support project-based collaboration with our international business and manufacturing teams. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for professionals with experience in leather goods, accessories, supplier development, sourcing, or luxury manufacturing.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide insights into supplier development and sourcing practices for leather goods and accessories.
- Support communication between brand-side product teams and manufacturing teams.
- Advise on supplier evaluation, product development requirements, quality expectations, and production readiness.
- Share market and industry insights related to luxury accessories and hardware.
- Identify potential opportunities for supplier and brand collaboration in Europe.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in leather goods, accessories, sourcing, supplier development, product development, or related fields.
- Familiarity with luxury or premium consumer-product supply chains.
- Understanding of supplier collaboration and product-development processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across international teams.
