The Role



- Provide 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level user support
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients
- Conduct technical clarifications with manufacturers
- Install, repair, and maintain hardware
- Process guarantees, monitor licenses, and ensure data protection and backup measures

What You'll Need



- Education as an IT Specialist (EFZ) in system engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience in system engineering, networking, and support
- Category B driving license
- Team-oriented and communicative personality
- Service- and solution-oriented approach with networked thinking
- Proficient in German, good knowledge of English
