**About The Role**
As a CBRE Technical Contract Support, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements.
**What You’ll Do**
- Manage the buying process for a given set of goods in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- Collaborate with the technical area in order to buy and deliver the materials requested on time and in the right place
- Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
- Provide technical / commercial assistance to the Sourcing team when they are involved in any RFP
- Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
- Actively participate in supplier performance reviews
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible
- Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
- Explore alternate sources for goods and materials
- Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issue
**What You’ll Need**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
