About the role
It is important to us that you, as a unit manager, want to be active and close to the business. This is a prerequisite for you to be able to nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, relatives and authorities. By being close to the business, you can also ensure that the company's values, the educational framework and current legislation are complied with in your business.

You both want and have the ability to manage and follow up the business based on the company's goals and financial framework. You have budget and performance responsibility and report to the business manager and are part of his management team.

About Granhultsgränd
Granhultsgränd is an LSS residence located in a quiet residential area in Vällingby, close to green areas, shops and good communications. We cater to children and young people with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum, and offer a safe, predictable and pleasant environment - both in daily living and in all activities around it.

With us, the individual is in focus . We work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework with low-affective treatment, clarifying pedagogy and alternative and supplementary communication (AKK). Active leadership
To succeed as a manager and leader with us, active leadership based on our values is required. We therefore train all managers through Lära's leadership program. Leadership that creates motivation and commitment in our employees. You are proactive and responsive to the customer's needs and feel a natural respect for other people.

Your experience and knowledge
We are looking for someone who has relevant university education in healthcare and care (e.g. social worker, social care) and experience from care work. You have at least two years of documented experience in managerial assignments and good grades in leadership. As well as experience within the target group.

You have a coaching approach and want to see your employees grow and develop in their professional role. You like to give and receive feedback and break down and work towards set goals. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities before obstacles.
