**Voice Actor – Italian Speakers (AI Training)**
**About The Role**
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal samples and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a professional voice, fluency in Italian, and a quiet place to record.

**What You'll Do**
- Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and creative prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, cultural authenticity, and natural delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule
**Who You Are**
- Fluent in Italian — native or near-native speaker
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field
- Equipped with a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet recording environment
- Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances across different tones and styles
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity in speech
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with broadcast, commercial, or e-learning voice-over work
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or home studio recording setups
- Exposure to AI tools or speech evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of Italian regional accents or dialectal variation
