About the project

**Safix**
is building a
***Vehicle Operations OS***
— a platform for managing vehicle movement and operations through professional drivers.

The project is currently in the pre-launch phase, with launch planned in Milan.

Important (please read before applying)

• This is an equity-based role (no salary at this stage)

• We are looking for candidates based in Europe (preferably Italy)

• Strong ownership and hands-on execution are required

**Current status**

• Production-ready backend (Laravel)

• Mobile apps (Flutter: client & driver)

• AWS infrastructure

• Legal structure in place (US + EU)

**Responsibilities**

• Work directly with the founder

• Stabilize and improve the backend (Laravel)

• Contribute to Flutter mobile apps

• Fix critical issues before launch

• Develop new features

• Prepare the system for scaling (multi-city)

**Requirements**

• Solid experience with Laravel (or similar backend frameworks in production)

• Experience with Flutter or strong willingness to learn

• Experience working on real production systems

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Good English communication

**Nice to have**

• Experience in European startups

• Experience with AWS

• Understanding of real-time / logistics systems
