**Role Description**
We are seeking a part-time Application Support Coordinator to assist international students with their application processes. This role involves providing guidance and support, managing application submissions, and addressing student inquiries in a timely manner. The coordinator will play an integral role in facilitating a smooth experience for our applicants while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This is a part-time, remote contract position.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in communication, with strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as CRM software or database systems is a plus
- Familiarity with higher education systems, especially in Europe, is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages, particularly Italian, is a bonus
- Currently an international student with availability to work flexible hours
