**Role Description**
The Press Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site position located in Italy. The role involves operating and maintaining press machines used for metal forming and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating the Tools, monitoring operations to ensure product quality, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance. The operator will follow safety protocols and collaborate with team members to meet production schedules while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in operating and maintaining press machines, with knowledge of metal forming processes.
- Experience on Progressive/ Transfer and tandem tool set up and running production
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing preventive maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role in engineering or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Completion of technical training or a vocational program in machinery operation is advantageous.
- Fluent in English Language
