dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a
**Senior Portfolio Manager**
for an international player focused on NPL Investments and Credit Servicing.
He/she will be responsible for the following activities:
- Coordinate the assessment and due diligence of potential new portfolio acquisitions;
- conduct financial valuations and prepare detailed business case documentation;
- present investment analyses during Portfolio Decision Meetings, highlighting key valuation assumptions, financial metrics, and pricing strategies;
- maintain continuous communication with the Group Investment Department on portfolio evaluations and potential investment opportunities;
- supervise onboarding activities and ensure accurate registration of new portfolios;
- perform both regular and ad-hoc performance analyses on NPL portfolios;
- manage the monthly closing process, providing input for financial statements and management reports;
- track portfolio performance and prepare internal performance reports for stakeholders;
- contribute analytical support to the quarterly impairment review;
- propose corrective measures and forecast updates when performance deviations occur.
**Requirements**
:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an investment or financial analyst, management consultant, or within the banking/financial services sector;
- fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- comfortable using statistical and analytical tools;
- results-driven, with proven ability to translate analysis into actionable outcomes;
- maintains high standards of accuracy and attention to detail;
- analytical and structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills;
- confident communicator, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
